AppAdmin | Applications Control Manager

AppAdmin is a manager for Windows applications restrictions to prevent access to casual users or small children. Merely renaming or moving the file cannot circumvent the block. Although clicking "restart explorer" is necessary to enable restrictions, some applications will be immediately disabled. AppAdmin supports drag-and-drop of applications and does not need to be running to block applications.
