Rainmeter

Rainmeter is a customizable performance meter. It can display the CPU load, memory utilization, free disk space, network traffic, uptime and many other information. The data can be configured to be displayed in a histogram, a bar, as numbers etc. Rainmeter also includes a plugin interface so that it can be extended with 3rd party plugins.
