Chronolapse

Chronolapse is a tool for creating time lapses on windows using screen captures, webcam captures, or both at the same time. CL also provides some rudimentary tools for annotating your time lapse, as well as creating a picture-in-picture effect with two sets of images. Each piece of Chronolapse functionality has been created to work stand-alone to make the program more versatile. For example, you can easily capture with another program and create a PIP in Chronolapse, or capture with Chronolapse and annotate somewhere else.

ArtSage | Image Viewer

ArtSage (formerly ArtSee) is an image viewer that displays the image files in a folder tree. It packs lots of options and features in a tiny executable, including slideshow, layout, collage, transitions etc. It supports BMP, EMF, GIF, ICO, JPG, PNG and TIF files.
