ArtSage (formerly ArtSee) is an image viewer that displays the image files in a folder tree. It packs lots of options and features in a tiny executable, including slideshow, layout, collage, transitions etc. It supports BMP, EMF, GIF, ICO, JPG, PNG and TIF files. It is excellent in creating an automated slideshow, where the EXE is placed together with all the images to be displayed on the storage media (CD, USB memory stick etc.). Launching the EXE will immediately display the images in slideshow mode.

JPEGView

JPEGView is a viewer/editor for JPEG, BMP, PNG, GIF and TIFF images. It is designed to view images from digital cameras full screen and with highest quality possible. Basic image editing functionality is provided - allowing to correct typical problems as color cast, high/low contrast and under- or overexposure very quickly and interactively during review of the images. JPEGView does not replace a full blown image editor - such an editor will just be needed less often.

IrfanView

IrfanView is a compact, easy to use image viewer. More than that, you can also edit images directly in IrfanView, to produce a variety of effects. IrfanView was created by Irfan Skiljan.

Open IrfanView by clicking its icon on the Windows Start Menu or double clicking the icon on your desktop.Click on the File Menu, then the Open option to get a file for use in the viewer. A dialog box will allow you to select the file you want. Click the Preview active box in the Open dialog to see small versions of images before opening them.

With an image in the viewer, you can manipulate it in a large number of ways. Most functions for changing an image are in the Edit and Image menus.When you are finished with the image, Save it to your disk. Bring in another image or Exit IrfanView.
